I just want to take a moment to thank you and your company for the wonderful service that you have provided me for the past several years on my commercial property. The first time I called you for service your technician was able to diagnose and fix a problem that had plagued my A/C unit for several years. Simply replacing a broken wire resulted in a substantial increase in the output and efficiency of my unit. Though this may seem like a simple task it had eluded two other companies whom I had called on previously to repair the unit. They had each recommended replacing my unit at a cost of around $12,000. With the regular monthly filter change and basic service, I have realized a reduction in my electric bill of several thousand dollars over the last year. I used to be skeptical in regards to the value of monthly service, but now I am glad that I chose it.

When we called to set up an appointment the gentleman was very nice and set us up an appointment that same day. Your service technician was at our house within the hour. I want to thank you personally for the great installation of my new Amana High Efficiency HVAC system. Having previously worked on aircraft air conditioning systems in the past, I appreciated the conscientious workmanship of Wes and Steve's installation.

Prior to deciding on Cool Breeze, I researched five other firms on the basis of Better business Bureau and the Arizona registrar of Contractors reports. Of the six firms, they were complaint free and passed my in home evaluation.
